I’ve been at Fwoosh a good long while now, and for as long as I can remember customizers have fantasized about companies creating blank base bodies for customs. Well, Boss Fight Studio has finally done it in the six inch scale with Male and Female heroic blank bodies in three different colors. They look a darn sight nicer than the old Marvel Legends wave 9 Bullseye I based so many of my customs on back in the day!
The figures come with alternate hands, heads, and even bare feet. It’s been a minute since I’ve done any real customizing, but I’m thinking of grabbing some just because I’m happy to see somebody doing this. Plus, the price is pretty dang reasonable for a six inch scaled, super-articulated figure. It looks like the articulation layout is similar to their deluxe Lucha Libre figures and I’ve been really impressed with the movement on those. I think other companies have done this, but they were a little pricier or tougher to get if I recall correctly. The figures are $20, expected to ship the first quarter of 2025, and are available to pre-order at BBTS.
